We will visit to assess and discuss your renovation requirements. We are happy to offer advice on bathroom options, costings, fittings and current trends.
QUOTATION AND DESIGN
We now draft a basic plan for costing purposes. A scope of works will be compiled in line with discussions from our consultation as will the list of prime cost items including nominated plumbing, cabinetry, tiling and glazing items.
ACCEPTANCE
Once you have accepted our proposal we will schedule your start date based on your requirements and availability.
SELECTION STAGE
We can now advise and assist you with the selection of cabinetry, plumbing items and tiles. We have accounts with all Cairns' leading suppliers who will be more than happy to assist you with your selections. Most of our busy clients prefer that we handle quantities, ordering and deliveries – it's part of our service.
After finalising your selection we are now able to confirm your contract amount and reconfirm your start date.
RENOVATING
You will be contacted prior to the start of your renovation to arrange access and discuss any special requirements you may have. Working hours are normally 7:30 - 5:00pm weekdays. Your home will be left clean and tidy at the end of each working day.
